ADVANTAGES OF STARTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS:

1. Your rule, your kingdom - In this you are the boss. Working under someone else is surely a restriction. Here, you are the incharge. Business gives you freedom to make decision of your choice. It lifts out the barriers of restriction from you. Here you can run the business with your own strategies and this also gives the freedom to enjoy family matters whenever it is required.

2. Secured Job - As in business you are your own boss so no one has the rights to fire you. In this you have the adavantage of hiring yourself. You enjoy freedom of working the way you want regardles of the fear of losing the source of your bread.

DISADVANTAGES OF OWNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS:

1. Risky - It is a very risky task as setting up your wn business comes up with several challenges. It comes with the risk of losing everything you invested just because of an unsuccessful business.

2. Financial Obligations - Busineses can never work out without a bit of law in it. If you start your w business, you need to set up your own assets. And if you collaborate up with some other institute you have to share your assets by default.

ADVANTAGES OF JOBS:

1. The Flexibility of exposure - As you all know that corporate sector is full of diversity. There are various projects and innumerable posts which gives many opportunity to the workers. There is exposure as the employees get different roles within the same department.

2. Access to beneficial policies and bonuses - Here, you get paid and recognition for the hard and honest work. Here the salary is not increased in a regular basis but, the fixed amount is always deposited by the due date. Also along with the salary companies provide various facilities to the workers.

DISADVANTAGES OF JOBS:

1. Healthy working spirit has long since diminished - There is no longer healthy competitive spirit as now ther is merely competition. More and more competition affects the system, as the employer cannot keep track of the everyday happenings between the group members.

2. Immediate decision making is impossible -  In jobs you have to take permission before taking any kind of decision. Also for leave you need to take the permission first. 

Hence, Both the types i.e. job and business are totally different and you must carefully decide upon what suits you well. Also no matter what you decide, at the end of the day, you will have to face both the aspects.
